Keeping things Real

I'm very excited about a few projects I'm working on for clients right now, two websites and one postcard/flyer mailer, and I couldn't be more thrilled. This past couple of weeks I've delved into all things design and development, contracts and bids.

Throughout my research into the more formal/legal aspects of the business, I realized that while most contracts include definitions of terminology, few really educate the client on what they are paying for and why.

The contract and proposal I've designed educates clients in readable and understandable terms. I want my customers to know exactly what I'm doing, why, what they need, what their options are and be fully aware of all the costs associated with websites - from introductory offers to buying credits on a photo stock site.

There are no hidden fees and any unexpected costs that arise will be explained in detail with approval prior to submissions and work being performed.
